I would categorise the price as mid-range, breakfast is included in the price of the room.
Location
Excellent location, just at the start of the pedestrian zone, so all the historic parts of the city are within easy walking distance. The hotel is only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the main bus station and the train station. The airport shuttle will drop you off at the hotel and there's also a shuttle pickup.
Facilities
The rooms have been recently refurbished, each room has a feature wallpaper of old photos of Ljubljana which makes for a nice touch. I was in a standard room, there are other options such as a more spacious room, or with a balcony and there are three suites.
The bathroom boasts a large walkin shower.
The hotel has a restaurant, I stayed a Sunday night and there was a Set Menu dinner which was very good value (as well as being delicious!)

The hotel has a Conference Centre and seems to be a popular location for conferences, there's a lobby bar and a Fitness Centre. During the Summer time a terrace bar is open which has views of Ljubljana Castle, I was there in Autumn so missed the terrace experience!
Optional Extras
They offer free bike rental, the city is very bicycle friendly. (You can have a bike for up to 3 hours) There's also limited parking in the hotel garage at a cost.
There is a comfortable reading area to relax in, I really like hotels that have this feature, borrow a book or leave one for future guests. The books were in different languages with signs displaying the language options.
Summary
I really liked this hotel, the location was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, the wifi was good (important when you're a frequently traveller!) The restaurant food was delicious, the buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. I would certainly stay here again!
